Packing Advice
There are 2 kinds of weight considered in freight:
- Actual Weight
- Volumetric Weight
The higher of the two is used for billing.
Volumetric Weight Formula
length (cm) × width (cm) × height (cm) ÷ 5000
Example: 40cm × 30cm × 50cm = 12kg (volumetric)

- Use the smallest box that fits your items.
- Compress and tightly pack items.

What You Can’t Send
The following items are prohibited and cannot be shipped:
- Antiques over ₹25,000
- Cash or bullion
- Firearms, explosives
- Hazardous items (perfumes, aerosols)
- Live animals or human remains
- Illegal substances
- Jewelry/watches over ₹25,000
- Multiple laptops or batteries
- Perishables needing refrigeration
- Pornographic content
- Tobacco or loose tobacco
Customs Duty
- Prices exclude customs duty or tax.
- Duties are paid by the receiver.
- Duty rates vary by country (20%–30% typical).
- No courier can guarantee duty fees.
